SPEIGO

Privacy Policy

Updated: 2026-07-16

This privacy policy explains how Speigo (“we”) processes personal data when you use the Speigo mobile app and office platform for F-gas (refrigerant) compliance record-keeping under EU Regulation 517/2014.

1. Data controller

Speigo, email info@speigo.lt.

When the platform is deployed for a specific service company (one installation = one company), that company is the controller of its own operational data (its customers, sites, equipment and visits); Speigo provides the software as a data processor.

2. What data we process

• Account data: email address and a cryptographic hash of your password (for authentication).

• Technician profile: name, certification / attestation number.

• Service data: equipment details, refrigerant type and quantity, leak-check results, job types, notes and dates.

• Photos and customer signatures attached to a visit record.

• Technical data: minimal device and log data for app operation and error diagnostics.

When offline, the app stores a copy of the data on your device and synchronizes it with the server once connectivity is restored.

3. Why we process it (legal basis)

• Performance of a contract — to let you use the service.

• Legal obligation — EU 517/2014 requires per-equipment refrigerant record-keeping.

• Legitimate interest — service security, support and improvement.

4. How we use the data

We provide the service, generate the audit-ready F-gas logbook (PDF), send reminders about upcoming or overdue leak-check deadlines, and keep the system secure. We do not use the data for advertising and do not sell it to third parties.

5. Storage and sub-processors

Data is processed through the following trusted providers (data processors):

• Supabase — database, file storage and authentication.

• Resend — sending reminder emails.

These providers process data under their own terms and applicable data-protection requirements.

6. Retention

F-gas records are kept for at least 5 years, as required by Regulation 517/2014. Account data is kept while you use the service and for a reasonable period afterwards in line with legal obligations.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact info@speigo.lt.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data-protection authority (in Lithuania: the State Data Protection Inspectorate, vdai.lrv.lt).

8. Children’s data

The service is intended for professional use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its update date.
