SPEIGO

Terms of Service

Updated: 2026-07-26

These terms govern the use of the Speigo mobile app and office platform — an F-gas (refrigerant) compliance record-keeping service under EU Regulation 2024/573. The service is intended for business (B2B) use and is not directed at consumers.

1. Scope and parties

These terms form an agreement between Speigo (“we”) and the service company using it (the “Customer”).

By creating an account or using the service you confirm that you are authorised to act for the Customer and that you accept these terms.

2. Description of the service

Speigo is software as a service (SaaS) covering:

• an equipment register with QR labelling and a refrigerant card;

• visit records captured on a phone, working offline, with photos and a customer signature;

• leak-check interval and deadline calculation from the CO₂ equivalent;

• generation of an audit-ready F-gas logbook (PDF) on the office side;

• reminders about upcoming or overdue deadlines.

Features may be improved over time; material features are not removed without prior notice.

3. Account, access and security

One installation corresponds to one service company. The Customer manages its technicians’ accounts and is responsible for the access it grants.

Credentials are confidential. The Customer must report any suspected unauthorised access to info@webxpert.lt without delay.

4. Customer obligations

• Enter accurate and timely data about equipment, refrigerant and the work performed.

• Use the service lawfully and for its intended purpose.

• Not reverse-engineer, copy or resell the software without separate written agreement.

5. Responsibility for compliance

Speigo is a record-keeping tool, not legal or technical advice.

The obligations under Regulation (EU) 2024/573 — carrying out leak checks at the required frequency, keeping and retaining records, and reporting to national authorities — remain with the equipment operator and the certified personnel.

The system’s calculations (CO₂ equivalent, check intervals, deadlines) are informational and are based on the data the Customer enters. The Customer must verify them before relying on them in official documents.

6. Availability and support

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service running continuously, but no specific uptime is guaranteed unless separately agreed.

The app also works offline: data is stored on the device and synchronised once connectivity returns. Planned maintenance is carried out outside working hours where possible.

7. Fees and payment

Pricing and payment terms are set in a separate order or agreement with the Customer. Prices are stated excluding VAT unless indicated otherwise.

If payment is more than 30 days overdue, access may be suspended after prior notice.

8. Data and privacy

The Customer is the controller of its own operational data (its customers, sites, equipment and visits); Speigo processes it as a data processor.

How personal data is handled is described in the privacy policy. F-gas records are retained for at least 5 years, as required by Regulation 2024/573.

9. Intellectual property

The software, its design and the trademark belong to Speigo. The Customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for the term of the agreement.

Data entered by the Customer remains the Customer’s property.

10. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profit, or penalties arising from inaccurate data supplied by the Customer or from the Customer’s own failure to meet its compliance obligations.

Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer during the preceding 12 months.

These limitations do not apply to the extent mandatory law does not permit them, including damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

11. Term, termination and data export

These terms apply for an indefinite period until the agreement is terminated. Either party may terminate on 30 days’ notice.

After termination the Customer has 30 days to export its logbook (PDF and a copy of the data). Data is then deleted or retained only for as long as the law requires.

12. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. We give advance notice of material changes by email or by a notice in the service. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. We seek to resolve disputes by negotiation first; failing that, they are settled by the courts of the Republic of Lithuania at Speigo’s registered seat.
